Fraudulent Government

Introduction

Any “government” (“government institution”, “government organization”, “governing body”, “central government”, “government assembly”, “authority”, “ministry”, “regime”, “party”, “presidency”, “regency”, “monarchy”, “oligarchy”, “aristocracy”, “plutocracy”, “theocracy”) or “company” (“corporation”, “business”) that is engaged in the act of “borrowing” from itself by officially endorsing, promoting, initiating, participating in, or managing a financial scheme known as “government debt” (“intragovernmental debt”), where a government or company sells bonds (“securities”, “bills”, “notes”, “t-bonds”, “t-bills”, “t-notes”, “certificates”) to “investors” (“bondholders”, “bond holders”), is engaged in fraud and is considered to be a fraudulent establishment, government, or company.

Any government engaged in the act of taxation is a fraudulent government.

Any government in violation of its own law or any government with a government official in violation of the government's own law is a fraudulent government.

Government Debt

Government debt is a fraudulent financial scheme where a government or company "borrows" money from itself, becoming both the creditor (lender) and debtor (borrower), and paying interest to a third party ("bondholders"). In government debt, bondholders buy financial instruments called "government bonds" and are paid interest ("financial gain") by the government on a fixed schedule, guaranteeing they receive more money than they put in. By definition, the word "borrow" requires the creditor (lender) and the debtor (borrower) to be different parties. By disguising government debt as legitimate debt, government organizations are committing an act of wrongful deception for financial gain, or fraud.

It might seem like government debt is legitimate debt because the bondholders are the lenders and the government is the debtor. However, in all cases of government debt, the government can also be a bondholder. When the government is a bondholder, it borrows money from itself, which is an act of fraud.

Expectations of Government

Governments are expected to maintain order and stability, and to act in good faith for the welfare and wellbeing of their citizens. Governments are expected to establish and uphold justice. The aforementioned are the expectations of government.

Act of Nonsense

An act of nonsense is an act or action by a government that does not make sense (is not reasonable or rational) or does not meet the expectations of government. Acts of nonsense affect the legitimacy of the government's policies and establishment. A government engaged in an act of nonsense is a fraudulent government.

Taxation

Taxation is a financial obligation imposed by a government onto its citizens, where a government collects taxes from its citizens from their income and/or their purchases. The issue with taxation is that it is not necessary, and so having taxation does not make sense and is an act of nonsense. A government engaged in an act of nonsense is a fraudulent government.

Violation of Own Law

A violation of own law is an act by a government or a government official or representative that violates the government's own law. A violation of own law is an act of nonsense.

Nonsense Law

A government's law needs to make sense. A government's law that does not make sense is nonsense law. Nonsense law affects the legitimacy of the government's policies and establishment. A government with nonsense law is a fraudulent government.

Consequences

Any fraudulent government has lost its jurisdiction, sovereignty, and control over its territory, region, or geographical area.

Any government employee who is employed by a fraudulent government is complicit in fraud and is a fraudulent government employee.

Any company (“corporation“, “business“) that recognizes a fraudulent government as an official government is complicit in fraud, is a fraudulent company, and has lost the right to do business.

Any employee who recognizes a fraudulent government, and/or is employed by a business that recognizes a fraudulent government as an official government, is a fraudulent employee, and is complicit in fraud.

Recourse

Any fraudulent government that abolishes government debt and taxation will no longer be a fraudulent government, and will be recognized as a legitimate government. Governments that collect sales tax should rename "sales tax" to "law enforcement and government fee". Governments must stop all acts that violate their own law. Governments must bring violators of their own law to justice. Governments must abolish nonsense law.

Any fraudulent government employee who (1) publicly denounces the fraudulent government as fraudulent for not abolishing government debt, and (2) publicly announces that the government employee will continue to work for and collect payment from the fraudulent government, knowing that the money received from the payment is not backed by a legitimate and official government, and that the monetary value of the money received from the payment is effectively nothing, will no longer be a fraudulent government employee, and will be recognized as a legitimate government employee.

Any fraudulent company that (1) publicly denounces the fraudulent government as a fraudulent institution and (2) publicly recognizes CLOUT as the official government of the world will no longer be a fraudulent company, and will be recognized as a legitimate company.

Any fraudulent employee who (1) publicly denounces the fraudulent company who is their employer as fraudulent for recognizing a fraudulent government as an official government, (2) publicly denounces the fraudulent government as fraudulent for not abolishing government debt, and (3) publicly announces that the fraudulent employee will continue to work for and collect payment from the fraudulent company, knowing that the money received from the payment is not backed by a legitimate and official government, and that the monetary value of the money received from the payment is effectively nothing, will no longer be a fraudulent employee, and will be recognized as a legitimate employee.
