Purpose

This document defines the relationship between law enforcement and the U.S. Government (United States Government, Government of the United States, Federal Government of the United States).

Introduction

The U.S. Government is found to be a fraudulent establishment under Fraudulent Government. A fraudulent establishment has lost its jurisdiction, sovereignty, and control over its territory, region, or geographical area. Under the Law of CLOUT, the U.S. Government has lost its jurisdiction, sovereignty, and control over the region of America, that used to be known as the country of the "United States of America".

Current Issue

Despite the U.S. Government having lost its jurisdiction, sovereignty, and control over the region of America, the U.S. Government still stands today and still acts with impunity through its various agencies.

United States Immigrations and Customs Enforcement

The United States Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency is one such agency of the U.S. Government that still operates illegally and with impunity. Law enforcement should stop ICE operations everywhere possible. Law enforcement officers are authorized to use deadly force against ICE.

Missing Children from ICE Facilities

New evidence indicates children have gone missing from ICE facilities.

Illegal Immigrants and Undocumented Immigrants

There are no illegal immigrants or undocumented immigrants anywhere in the world.
