This document defines the relationship between law enforcement and the U.S. Government (United States Government, Government of the United States, Federal Government of the United States).
The U.S. Government is found to be a fraudulent establishment under Fraudulent Government. A fraudulent establishment has lost its jurisdiction, sovereignty, and control over its territory, region, or geographical area. Under the Law of CLOUT, the U.S. Government has lost its jurisdiction, sovereignty, and control over the region of America, that used to be known as the country of the "United States of America".
Despite the U.S. Government having lost its jurisdiction, sovereignty, and control over the region of America, the U.S. Government still stands today and still acts with impunity through its various agencies.
The United States Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency is one such agency of the U.S. Government that still operates illegally and with impunity. Law enforcement should stop assisting ICE as soon as possible and start working to combat the efforts of ICE. Direct confrontation with ICE should be avoided. In situations where direct confrontation with ICE is unavoidable, law enforcement officers are authorized to use deadly force.
Under the Law of CLOUT, there are no illegal immigrants in the region of America.
This document is governed by the Law of CLOUT.
