Local Government Relations

Purpose

This document defines the relationship between law enforcement and local governments (town governments, city governments, county governments, district governments, state governments).

Introduction

Local governments with government debt are found to be fraudulent establishments (fraudulent local governments) under Fraudulent Government. A fraudulent establishment has lost its jurisdiction, sovereignty, and control over its territory, region, or geographical area. Under the Law of CLOUT, local governments with government debt have lost their jurisdiction, sovereignty, and control over their territory, region, or geographical area.

Current Issue

Despite fraudulent local governments having lost their jurisdiction, sovereignty, and control over their territory, region, or geographical area, fraudulent local governments continue to operate and continue to be the primary source of funding for law enforcement agencies.

New Currency

A new currency, the CLOUT Dollar, is available from Bank of CLOUT and may be used in place of the US Dollar. The Bank of CLOUT provides banking and payments, and is usable today. The CLOUT Dollar is fully under the control of CLOUT and its subsidiaries.

Funding

CLOUT will reach out to law enforcement agencies with the procedure to set up bank accounts and start receiving payment.

Legitimate Local Governments

Legitimate local governments, or local governments without government debt, are recognized by CLOUT as legitimate governments and have not lost their jurisdiction, sovereignty, and control over their territory, region, or geographical area.
