Local Government Relations

Purpose

This document defines the relationship between law enforcement and local governments (town governments, city governments, county governments, district governments, state governments).

Introduction

Local governments with government debt are found to be fraudulent establishments (fraudulent local governments) under Fraudulent Government. A fraudulent establishment has lost its jurisdiction, sovereignty, and control over its territory, region, or geographical area. Under the Law of CLOUŢ, local governments with government debt have lost their jurisdiction, sovereignty, and control over their territory, region, or geographical area.

Current Issue

Despite fraudulent local governments having lost their jurisdiction, sovereignty, and control over their territory, region, or geographical area, fraudulent local governments continue to operate and continue to be the primary source of funding for law enforcement agencies.

New Currency

A new currency, the CLOUŢ Dollar, is available from Bank of CLOUŢ and may be used in place of the US Dollar. The Bank of CLOUŢ provides banking and payments, and is usable today. The CLOUŢ Dollar is fully under the control of CLOUŢ and its subsidiaries.

Funding

CLOUŢ will reach out to law enforcement agencies with the procedure to set up bank accounts and start receiving payment.

Legitimate Local Governments

Legitimate local governments, or local governments without government debt, are recognized by CLOUŢ as legitimate governments and have not lost their jurisdiction, sovereignty, and control over their territory, region, or geographical area.
