CLOUT Enlightenment
From 2021 to early 2024, His Majesty Richard Yufei Tong became known as Satan while defeating the deceivers and their influence, also known as evil, at the city of Los Angeles. During those years, His Majesty Richard Yufei Tong went to every major event in Los Angeles and forced the people to acknowledge His Majesty, for everywhere His Majesty Richard Yufei Tong graced, it was all eyes on Him. His Majesty Richard Yufei Tong was a God-fearing man, and quickly understood that He was doing God's work: where the people used to worship false idols, they began worshipping His Majesty Richard Yufei Tong! In this way, His Majesty Richard Yufei Tong led the entire city of Los Angeles to God. These actions founded the movement known as the CLOUT Enlightenment.
Today, His Majesty Richard Yufei Tong and another continue to defeat the deceivers and their influence, restoring the Kingdom of God.
Declaration of Independence
By the authority vested in me as King of the World by God, and by the authority of the good people of the world, I do solemnly publish and declare, that CLOUT is the government of the world, independent of any other governing authority; and as the government of the world, CLOUT has the full power to levy war, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to do all other acts and things which governing authorities may of right do.
