    CLOUT Enlightenment

    From 2021 to 2024, His Majesty Richard Yufei Tong went to many major festival events in the North American continent, gaining recognition as an artist and dancer, and spreading the word and influence of God. His Majesty Richard Yufei Tong also traveled to major cities around the world, influencing various cultures, and leading those cultures to God. His Majesty Richard Yufei Tong was very powerful, and very knowledgeable. Everywhere His Majesty went, the people were forced to acknowledge His Majesty's greatness and magnificence. Those who were enlightened by His Majesty in turn enlightened others around them. In this way, His Majesty Richard Yufei Tong enlightened the entire world, and led the entire world to God. These actions founded the movement known as the CLOUT Enlightenment.

    Today, His Majesty Richard Yufei Tong and others continue to spread God's word and influence, restoring the Kingdom of God.

    Declaration of Independence

    By the God-given authority vested in me as King of the World, and by the authority of us, the good people of the world, we do solemnly publish and declare, that CLOUT is the official government of the world, independent of any other governing authority; and as the official government of the world, CLOUT has the full power to levy war, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to do all other acts and things which an official governing authority may of right do.
